Welcome to www.mythyron.com (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website, purchase of the Mythyron role-playing game via DriveThruRPG, download of free character sheets, and any communication with us.

By accessing the Website, downloading materials, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• Purchase Mythyron through DriveThruRPG

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the game or sheets for commercial use
• Reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Website
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Upload harmful code or spam

All sales of Mythyron are processed exclusively through DriveThruRPG.

I do not process payments or store credit card data.

• Free to download and print for personal or tabletop use
• May be shared with your gaming group
• May not be resold, repackaged, or used in commercial products

If you send us rules questions, fan art, or feedback:

• You retain ownership
• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, or share it (e.g., on X, in future supplements)
• We will credit you unless you request anonymity

THE WEBSITE, GAME, AND SHEETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free downloads
• Compatibility with all devices or printers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (usually $0 for free items)
• This applies even if advised of the possibility of such damages

The Website and free sheets are suitable for all ages, including children under 13.

Purchases are handled by DriveThruRPG, which:

• Requires parental consent for users under 13
• Does not share full child data with us

Parents: You may request deletion of your child’s email at any time via geimenheiminfo@gmail.com. 

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (without regard to conflict of law principles).

Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts.
